For women, biohacking requires a tailored approach because we aren’t just “tiny men.” Hormonal fluctuations from menstrual cycles, pregnancy, peri-menopause, and menopause significantly impact sleep, recovery, metabolism, and overall health. Women can benefit from biohacking strategies like tracking cycles and syncing nutrition and exercise to different phases, supporting adrenal health during times of stress, and incorporating supplements or practices that align with their unique biology.
